The lake is finally on a steady drop of about 4″ per day. The recent rains have helped cool the surface temp, making for some much better fishing conditions. Most species are still hanging deep though. Early morning has produced some decent top water bites this past week! Should see the walleye bite get better with these temps cooling off. Hope to get back to levels where anglers can bottom bounce night crawlers again!
